Research Interests
The group works over design of luminescent transition metals complexes for biological and biomedical applications (Prof. Sergey P. Tunik) and for single-molecule-based (SMB) materials (Prof. Elena V. Grachova).
These studies include the synthesis of ligands and complexes, their structural characterization using modern spectral methods, studies of electronic structure and photophysical characteristics, and state-of-art application in biomedical imaging, in the creation of electroluminescent devices and sensors, etc.
